The window control switch illumination is inoperative	Window control switch	CHECK the operation of the power windows. If the power windows operate correctly, INSTALL a new window control switch. REFER to GLASS, FRAMES AND MECHANISMS article. TEST the system for normal operation. If the power windows do not operate correctly, REFER to GLASS, FRAMES AND MECHANISMS article.

All network controlled illumination does not dim	MS-CAN SJB	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication to any module on the MS-CAN, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article. If the scan tool communicates with the modules on the MS-CAN, INSTALL a new SJB. REFER to MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC MODULES article. TEST the system for normal operation.
The instrument cluster (IC) illumination is inoperative	IC	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the IC, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article. If the scan tool communicates with the IC, INSTALL a new IC. REFER to INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, MESSAGE CENTER, AND WARNING CHIMES article. TEST the system for normal operation.
The climate control module illumination is inoperative	Climate control module	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the climate control module, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article. If the scan tool communicates with the climate control module, INSTALL a new climate control module. REFER to CLIMATE CONTROL article. TEST the system for normal operation.
The rear entertainment module (RETM) illumination is inoperative	RETM	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the RETM, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article. If the scan tool communicates with the RETM, REMOVE the RETM. REFER to INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS article. SEND it to and authorized repair facility. TEST the system for normal operation.
The trailer brake controller (TBC) illumination is inoperative	TBC	CARRY OUT the network test. If the scan tool responds with no communication with the TBC, REFER to MODULE COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK article. If the scan tool communicates with the TBC, INSTALL a new TBC. REFER to AUXILIARY BRAKE SYSTEM article. TEST the system for normal operation.
