Oil Pan - Upper: Installation

All vehicles

Position a new press-in-place gasket, the upper oil pan and install the 9 bolts.
- Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).
Install the bolt for the fuel tube retainer.
- Tighten to 31 Nm (23 lb-ft).

NOTE: Install a new O-ring seal on the oil level tube and apply clean oil.

Install the oil level tube and bolt.
- Tighten to 13 Nm (115 lb-in).

Body on

Install the oil level indicator.

Partial body lift

Install the nut for the oil level indicator tube. Install the oil level indicator.
- Tighten to 31 Nm (23 lb-ft).
