Test I: DTC C1194, C1198, C1210, C1214, C1242, C1246, C1250, & C1254 - Isolation Dump Valve Failure

  1. Check For Fault Repeatability

    Turn ignition off. Connect scan tool and clear DTCs. Perform self-test and retrieve DTCs. If any of the listed DTCs is set, replace ABCM, then repeat self-test. If multiple DTCs are set, go to next step. If no DTCs are set, system is okay. Repeat self-test.

  2. Check Circuit 534 (Yellow/Light Green Wire)

    Turn ignition off. Disconnect ABCM connector C111. Measure voltage between breakout box pin No. 25 (Yellow/Light Green wire) and ground. If voltage is 10 volts or more, install new ABCM, then repeat self-test. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair Yellow/Light Green wire circuit, clear DTCs and repeat self-test.
