Test P: Right Side Air Bag Circuit Capacitance Out Of Range (DTC B2118): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) checks right side air bag module circuit resistance by monitoring connector C423, terminals No. 23 (Green-Red wire) and No. 24 (Black-Orange wire). If RCM detects resistance that is out of range, it will store Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B2118 in memory and flash Code 6 on AIR BAG warning light.
