Test Ad: Left Side Air Bag Circuit Low Resistance (DTC B1995): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) monitors resistance of left side air bag module circuit at connector C423, terminals No. 15 (Green-Black wire) and No. 16 (Black-Green wire). If RCM detects resistance less than 1.4 ohms, it will store Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1995 in memory and flash Code 5 on AIR BAG warning light.
