Test AF: Right Side Air Bag Circuit Low Resistance (DTC B1999): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) monitors resistance of right side air bag module circuit at connector C423, terminals No. 23 (Green-Red wire) and No. 24 (Black-Orange wire). If RCM detects resistance less than 1.4 ohms, it will store Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1999 in memory and flash Code 6 on AIR BAG warning light.
