Air Bag Simulator
An air bag simulator tool is needed when deactivating the air bag system. The air bag simulator contains a calibrated 2-ohm resistor which simulates the air bag module connections to the system. Do NOT short circuit air bag module connections with a zero-ohm jumper wire. For specific simulator applications, see AIR BAG SIMULATOR APPLICATION table.
