Test P: Right Hand Turn Indicator Is Inoperative

Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place multifunction switch in right turn position. If right exterior turn signals operate properly, go to next step. If right exterior turn signals do not operate properly, repair turn signals as necessary. See appropriate EXTERIOR LIGHTS article.
Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect instrument cluster connector C220a. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place multifunction switch in right turn position. Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 12 (White/Light Blue wire) at instrument cluster harness connector C220a. If voltage alternates between 0 volts and battery voltage, replace instrument cluster printed circuit. See PRINTED CIRCUIT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If voltage does not alternate between 0 volts and battery voltage, repair open in (White/Light Blue wire) and retest.
