Test O: Left Hand Turn Indicator Is Inoperative

Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place multifunction switch in left turn position. If left exterior turn signals operate properly, go to next step. If left exterior turn signals do not operate properly, repair turn signals as necessary. See appropriate EXTERIOR LIGHTS article.
Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect instrument cluster connector C220a. See Figure . Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Place multifunction switch in left turn position. Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 3 (Light Green/White wire) at instrument cluster harness connector C220a. If voltage alternates between 0 volts and battery voltage, replace instrument cluster printed circuit. See PRINTED CIRCUIT under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If voltage does not alternate between 0 volts and battery voltage, repair open in (Light Green/White wire) and retest.
