Removal & Installation (Sedan)
- Raise vehicle using lift pads located in front of rear wheels and rearward of front wheels. Loosen 3 upper strut nuts from inside luggage compartment. Remove tire and wheel assembly. Remove and discard tension strut-to-spindle and body nuts. Move spindle rearward. Remove tension strut.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Front and rear bushings are different. Rear bushings have indentations in them. Use NEW tension strut-to-spindle and body nuts. With vehicle at normal riding height, tighten bolts and nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
