Test Z: Right-Side Air Bag Circuit Open Or Resistance Low (DTC B1998 Or B1999): Description

RCM monitors right-side air bag module circuit loop at connector C310B, terminals No. 6 (White/Yellow wire) and No. 7 (Brown/Yellow wire). If RCM detects an open circuit or low resistance, it will store DTC B1998 or B1999 in memory and flash Code 37 on AIR BAG warning light.
