Removal (Rear)

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove cowl panel grill. Remove rear valve cover. See VALVE COVER . Remove EGR valve tube from manifold. Raise and support vehicle. Remove "Y" pipe nuts from rear manifold. Remove engine support insulator nut. Lower vehicle.
- Attach Engine Support (303-F072) onto car. Raise engine until exhaust manifold can be removed. Remove exhaust manifold nuts in reverse order of tightening sequence. Remove nuts attaching rear exhaust manifold and gasket. Remove manifold from vehicle.
