Removal (Front)

- Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Remove front exhaust manifold-to-exhaust pipe nuts. Remove coolant bracket tube nut. Disconnect heated oxygen sensor connector. Remove front splash shield.
- Remove lower exhaust manifold nuts. Remove thermostat housing bracket bolt. Lower vehicle. Remove nuts attaching front exhaust manifold and gasket. Remove manifold from vehicle.
