Throttle Body - Spacer: Removal

WARNING:
Do not smoke or carry lighted tobacco or open flame of any type when working on or near any fuel-related components. Highly flammable mixtures are always present and can be ignited. Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury.
- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES article.
- Remove the throttle body (TB). For additional information, refer to Throttle Body in this article.
- Disconnect the main vacuum harness from the TB spacer.
- Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) tube quick connect coupling from the TB spacer. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION - GASOLINE AND DIESEL article.
- Disconnect the evaporative emissions (EVAP) canister purge valve vacuum tube quick connect coupling from the TB spacer. For additional information, refer to FUEL SYSTEM - GENERAL INFORMATION - GASOLINE AND DIESEL article.
- Disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose.
- Remove the 2 PCV heated element screws.
- Remove the PCV heated element.
- Remove the 2 upper TB spacer bolts.
- Remove the 4 lower TB spacer bolts, the TB and discard the TB spacer gasket.
