- Change engine oil and install new oil filter.
- Rotate tires and inspect for wear.
- Install new frame-mounted and engine fuel filters.
- Install a new accessory drive belt.
- Inspect engine cooling system and hoses.
- Change Premium Gold engine coolant.
- Change front axle lubricant (4WD only).
- Change transfer case fluid.
- Change automatic transmission fluid on all vehicles equipped with an externally mounted remote filter.
- If equipped, change the external transmission fluid filter and in-line service installed transmission filter.
- Change the rear wheel drive axle fluid (DANA axles not using synthetic fluid).
- Lubricate RWD front wheel bearings, adjust wheel bearings and install new grease seals (if non-sealed bearings).
- Check the air filter restriction gauge and reset after a new filter is installed, install a new filter as necessary.
- Inspect and lubricate steering linkage, suspension, and if equipped, driveshaft and U-joints.
- Inspect brake pads, shoes, brake discs, drums, brake lines and hoses.
- Inspect exhaust system and heat shields.
- Inspect wheels for end play and noise.
- Inspect and lubricate 4WD front axle U-joints.
- Multi-point inspection recommended.
