RH cylinder head

  1. Remove the RH exhaust manifold.
    1. Remove and discard the nuts.
    2. Remove the RH exhaust manifold.
    3. Remove and discard the RH exhaust manifold gasket.

  2. Remove and discard the 8 RH exhaust manifold-to-cylinder head studs.

  4. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the heater outlet tube.

  6. Remove the heater outlet tube studs.

  8. Remove the heater outlet tube and discard the O-ring seal.
