PINPOINT TEST V: Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- CMP sensor (12K073)
- harness circuits: CMP+, CMP-, and CMPO
- fuel injector control module (FICM)
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
