Removal and Installation

- Remove the 12 pin-type retainers and the luggage compartment lid trim panel.
- Disconnect the luggage compartment lid lock cylinder actuating cable from the luggage compartment lid lock cylinder.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the luggage compartment lid latch.
- Remove the 3 nuts and the luggage compartment lid latch.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
