Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the air cleaner.
  2. Unclamp and disconnect the power steering reservoir-to-pump hose (3691) and drain the reservoir into a suitable container. Plug the pump inlet fitting.

  3. Loosen the bolts and detach the reservoir from the insulators.

  4. Unclamp and disconnect the hoses.

  5. Remove the reservoir.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  7. Fill, purge and leak check the system. For additional information, see GENERAL PROCEDURES .
