Normal Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2006 Mercury Mariner and 2006 Ford Escape. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The smart junction box (SJB) activates the accessory delay relay by grounding the coil side of the relay. The accessory delay relay then provides voltage to the SJB fuse 15 (30A), which in turn provides voltage to circuit 170 (RD/LB) for the window control switches. The LH front window control switch is grounded through circuit 57 (BK).
