Normal Operation
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Lincoln LS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
The LH front window smart motor receives voltage from the battery junction box (BJB) on circuit 30-AJ80 (RD) and ground from circuit 31-AJ80 (BK/OG). A delayed accessory input is sent from the driver door module (DDM) to the LH front window smart motor on circuit 10-AJ43B (GY/VT) so the LH front window smart motor microprocessor can determine whether or not to allow window motor operation. The LH front window control switch sends a command over circuits 7S-AJ41 (YE/BK), 8-AJ42 (WH/GN) or 7S-AJ40 (YE/GN) to the LH front smart window motor to initiate operation.
