Test Z: Left Seat Belt PRETENSIONER Circuit Resistance High Or Low (DTC B1885/B1877): Description

Restraints Control Module (RCM) monitors circuit resistance at connector C310A, terminals No. 18 (Red/Blue wire) and No. 22 (Black/Blue wire). If RCM detects resistance that is out of expected range (high or low), it will store Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) B1885 or 1877 in memory and flash Code 46 on AIR BAG warning light.
