Test AK: Light Flash Code 5 Times Per Second-RCM In Plant Mode: Description

NEW Restraints Control Module (RCM) is programmed to flash a special code. The code is 5 Hz (5 times per second) and is used during vehicle assembly. The code indicates that both side air bag modules are not installed correctly. Code will normally occur when both (and only both) of the following conditions are met: NEW RCM is installed, both side air bag modules are not correctly installed.
