Normal Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2005 Lincoln LS. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The low washer fluid switch is hardwired to the front electronic module (FEM) through circuit 8-GC8 (WH/BU) and grounded through circuit 31-GC8 (BK/OG). The FEM monitors the washer fluid level and sends the low washer fluid data to the instrument cluster over the communication network.
