Removal & Installation (Downstream)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect HO2S harness connector and unclip harness. See Fig 1. Using Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensor Socket (T94P-9472-A), remove HO2S sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Apply a light coat of high temperature nickel anti-seize lubricant to threads of HO2S. Tighten HO2S to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
