Power Steering Pump to Steering Gear Pressure Line: Installation

Install a new O-ring seal on the pressure line.
Install the pressure line to the steering gear and rotate the steering line clamp plate into position.
Install a new steering line clamp plate bolt.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
Install the power steering line retainer bracket bolt.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
Using the special tool, install a new Teflon® seal on the pressure line fitting.

Install the pressure line fitting.
- Tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb-ft).
Connect the PSP switch electrical connector.
Install the LH splash shield and the 3 retainers.

Install the air deflector, the 4 pin-type retainers and the screw.
