Power Steering Pump to Steering Gear Pressure Line: Installation

- Install a new O-ring seal on the pressure line.
- Install the pressure line to the steering gear and rotate the steering line clamp plate into position.
- Install a new steering line clamp plate bolt.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Install the power steering line retainer bracket bolt.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Using the special tool, install a new Teflon® seal on the pressure line fitting.
- Install the pressure line fitting.
- Tighten to 33 Nm (24 lb-ft).
- Connect the PSP switch electrical connector.
- Install the LH splash shield and the 3 retainers.
- Install the air deflector, the 4 pin-type retainers and the screw.
