Oil Cooler Hoses (THUNDERBIRD): Installation

Install new clamps on the rubber fluid hoses. Connect the rubber fluid cooler hoses to the fluid cooler. Using the Constant Velocity Joint Boot Clamp Installer (205-343), tighten the clamp. See Figure . Connect the rubber fluid cooling hoses to the steel fluid cooling tubes. Install the A/C condenser core. See appropriate AUTOMATIC A/C-HEATER SYSTEMS article.
