Removal and Installation

- Remove the rear seat cushion. For additional information, refer to SEATING .
- Remove the rear seat bolsters. For additional information, refer to SEATING .
- Remove the C-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to C-Pillar Trim Panel - Five Hundred, Montego .
- Remove the center seat belt bezel.
- Remove the rear center safety belt anchor nut.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
- Disconnect the high-mounted stop lamp electrical connector.
- Remove the 3 parcel tray pin-type retainers.
- Pull the parcel tray toward the front of the vehicle to remove.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
