Removal (Continental 4.6L)

- Ensure ignition switch is turned to OFF position. Release fuel pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE . Disconnect fuel supply line. See FUEL LINE CONNECTOR . Disconnect negative battery cable.
- Disconnect vacuum lines from intake manifold and fuel pressure sensor. Disconnect fuel pressure electrical connector. Disconnect 8 fuel injector electrical connectors. Position engine control sensor wiring aside. Remove 4 bolts and studs and remove fuel injection supply manifold.
