PINPOINT TEST FD: Brake Pedal Inputs: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- brake pedal position (BPP) switch (13480)
- brake pedal switch (BPS) (9F924), (9C872)
- harness circuits: B+, BPP and BPS
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
