Pinpoint Test DM: Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- MAP sensor (9F479)
- harness circuits: MAP, SIGRTN, and VREF
- powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
