Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the luggage compartment lid trim panel pin-type retainers.
  2. Remove the luggage compartment lid trim panel.
  3. Disconnect the luggage compartment lid applique electrical connectors.
  4. Remove the luggage compartment lid applique nuts.
    • To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).
  5. Remove the luggage compartment lid applique.
    • Squeeze the tabs on the luggage compartment lid applique pin-type retainer to release it from the luggage compartment lid.
  6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
