Removal and Installation

- Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to BATTERY, MOUNTING AND CABLES .
- Remove the RH cowl side trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION .
- Remove the inertia switch retaining bolts (2 required).
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).
- Remove the inertia switch.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
