SYMPTOM TABLE - TRANSAXLE COOLING

Condition Possible Sources Action
  • Transaxle overheating
  • Clogged transmission fluid coolers or tubes
  • INSPECT the transmission fluid cooler and transmission fluid cooler tubes for damage or plugging.
  • Bent or crushed transmission fluid cooler tubes
  • INSTALL a new transmission fluid cooler or transmission fluid cooler tubes as necessary.
  • System leaks
  • INSPECT transmission fluid cooler and transmission fluid cooler tubes for leaks. REPAIR as required.
  • Internal transmission concerns
