Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the 2 radiator grille pin-type retainers and the 4 radiator grille bolts.
    2. NOTE: Pull up on the radiator grille to gain access to the hood latch.
  2. Disconnect the secondary hood latch release cable from the hood latch.
  3. Remove the secondary hood latch release handle bolt.
    • To install, tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
