Crankshaft Rear Seal: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING AND LIFTING article.
Remove the flexplate. For additional information, refer to Flexplate .
Using the Crankshaft Rear Oil Slinger Remover and Slide Hammer, remove the crankshaft oil slinger.

Using the Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Remover and Slide Hammer, remove the crankshaft rear seal.
