Removal And Installation

  1. Remove the 2 pin-type retainers and the luggage compartment scuff plate.
  2. Position the luggage compartment trim panel aside.
    3. NOTE: For the LH rear lamp on vehicles equipped with THX®, remove the audio amplifier. For additional information, refer to INFORMATION & ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS article.
  3. Remove the 3 nuts and the rear lamp assembly.
    • Remove the bulb sockets from the rear lamp assembly.
    • To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
