Removal and Installation

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to JACKING & LIFTING .
  2. Release the running board trim bezel push clips and remove the running board trim bezel.
  3. Remove the 4 running board bolts and remove the running board.
    • To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
  4. Remove the body-to-running board bracket screw.
    • To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

  5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
