Motor Electronics Cooler

1 8B273 Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS) radiator inlet hose
2 8B274-B MECS  radiator outlet hose
3 N606676-S MECS  radiator bolts
4 8005-B MECS  radiator
  1. Drain the Motor Electronics Cooling System (MECS). For additional information, refer to MOTOR ELECTRONICS COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING AND FILLING .
  2. Remove the front bumper cover. For additional information, refer to BUMPER -- FRONT .
  3. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the MECS  radiator inlet hose.

  4. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the MECS  radiator outlet hose.

  5. NOTE: RH shown in illustration, LH similar.
  6. Remove the MECS  radiator bolts.
    • To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 lb-in).

  7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
