Extension Housing Seal: Installation

    Vehicles without a fixed flange 

  1. Using the special tool, install the extension housing seal.

    2. Vehicles with a fixed flange 

  2. Using the special tool, install the output shaft seal.

  3. Using the special tool, install a new output shaft nut.

  4. Install the output shaft flange.
    1. Install the output shaft flange.
    2. Install a new bolt.

    5. 4x4 vehicles 

  5. Install the transfer case. For additional information, refer to TRANSFER CASE .

    6. All vehicles 

  6. Install the driveshaft. For additional information, refer to DRIVESHAFT .
