Unexpected Elevated Idle Speed

NOTE: The pressure switches listed in this routine will not be applicable to all vehicle applications. Some vehicles will not have the pressure switches installed in the valve body.
DIAGNOSTIC ROUTINES - UNEXPECTED ELEVATED IDLE SPEED

Possible Component Reference/Action
262 - ROUTINE 
Powertrain Control System   
  • PCM, vehicle wiring harnesses, internal transmission wiring harness, line pressure control solenoid SSPC-A, TSPC driver circuit, TCC solenoid, low reverse pressure control switches PC-E, (if equipped) OSS, TFT, TR-P sensors PTO input
 
  • FMEM has been enabled. Refer to Routine 266.
  • Repair as required. Clear DTCs, road test and rerun on-board diagnostic test.
PTO Module Assembly   
  • Module damaged
