Rear Wheel Bearing and Axle Shaft Seal - Semi-Floating Axle: Installation

  1. Lubricate the new rear wheel bearing with axle lubricant.
  2. Using the Rear Axle Bearing Installer and Handle, install the rear wheel bearing.

  4. Lubricate the lip of the new axle shaft oil seal with grease.
  5. Using the Rear Axle Oil Seal Installer and Handle, install the new axle shaft oil seal.

  7. Install the axle shaft. For additional information, refer to Axle Shaft - Semi-Floating Axle .
