Transmission Support Crossmember: Installation

  1. Position the transmission crossmember to the transmission insulator and loosely install the nut.

  3. Install the LH transmission crossmember frame bolts.

  5. Install the LH transmission crossmember nuts.
    • Tighten to 81 Nm (60 lb-ft).

  7. Install the RH crossmember frame bolts.

  9. Install the RH transmission crossmember nuts.
    • Tighten to 81 Nm (60 lb-ft).

  11. Tighten the transmission insulator nuts to 94 Nm (69 lb-ft).

  13. Install the heat shield screws.
    • Tighten to 20 Nm (177 lb-in).

  15. Install the wire harness and install the 2 retaining clips to the crossmember.
