Crankshaft Rear Seal: Installation

    NOTE: Lubricate the inner lip of the crankshaft rear seal with clean engine oil.
  1. Using the special tools, install a new crankshaft rear seal.

  2. Using the special tools, install a new crankshaft rear oil slinger.

  3. Install the engine rear cover plate.
  4. Install the flexplate. For additional information, refer to Flexplate .
