Normal Operation

The instrument cluster (IC) sets DTC U0101 if data messages received from the transmission control module (TCM) (part of the PCM) over the high speed controller area network (HS-CAN) are missing for greater than 5 seconds. This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
