Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove glow plug relay terminal cover. Remove wiring nuts and wiring from relay. Remove 2 glow plug relay retaining nuts. See Fig 1. Remove relay and inspect plastic base for cracks. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten mounting nuts and cable connections to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
