Test W: Passenger-Side Seat Belt PRETENSIONER Circuit Open (DTC B1881): Description

RCM checks passenger-side seat belt pretensioner circuit for high resistance by monitoring RCM harness connector C423, terminals No. 20 (Green/Orange wire) and No. 21 (Black/Red wire). If RCM detects high resistance on either terminal, it will store DTC B1881 in memory and flash Code 4 on AIR BAG warning light.
