Test U: Driver-Side Seat Belt PRETENSIONER Circuit Failure (DTC B1876): Description

RCM checks driver-side seat belt pretensioner circuit for out of range resistance by monitoring RCM harness connector C423, terminals No. 11 (Green/Blue wire) and No. 12 (Black/Blue wire). If RCM detects high resistance on either terminal, it will store DTC B1876 in memory and flash Code 4 on AIR BAG warning light.
