Camshaft Seal: Installation

Apply clean engine oil to lip of NEW camshaft oil seal. Using Camshaft Seal Replacer (T81P-6292-A), install NEW camshaft oil seal. Seal depth should be .002-.040" (.05-1.0 mm) below flush with cylinder head. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Ensure crankshaft and camshafts are aligned. Tighten remaining bolts/nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
