Removal (2WD Models Except Escape)
- Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel. Remove anchor plate and caliper assembly, and position aside. See DISC BRAKE CALIPERS & PADS . On all models except Windstar, remove grease cap, cotter pin, nut, washer and outer bearing. See Figure. Remove rotor. Remove inner bearing, and grease seal.
- On Windstar, remove rotor bolts and remove rotor.
